How can we improve operational management at the Yellow Submarine and its services?

The Solution

Submarine Sessions enables musicians to quickly and securely book and pay for studios, practice rooms, and performance halls. It's fast, simple, and efficient – streamline your booking process and focus on making music.

User interviews

We conducted a competitor analysis to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our product in comparison to key players in the industry, such as Zapa, Levontin 7, Barby, and OzenBar.

Key Conclusions

  • Facilities Offered- None of the studied businesses match the comprehensive range of facilities provided by the Yellow Submarine, notably practice spaces and a recording studio.
  • App Availability - Most competitors lack dedicated apps, with only one exception.

User interviews

After we conducted a series of interviews, we were able to understand their difficulties/pain points that exist during the scheduling and booking experience.

Key Conclusions

Through in-depth interviews with bands, we found that they are frustrated with the current booking process, describing it as disappointing and time-consuming. They want a faster, more efficient system that lets them focus on their music.
